    Went in because there phones wouldnt connect me to a human and let me speak to anyone but the girl who served me was rude and horrible i wont ever go back ever again.worst service.

    Got served by an Indian guy. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very valuable sales person for Optus. Hope other businesses have people like him.

    These guys are amazing the lady last Monday saved me around $1200 on a phone after loosing it ,Today i picked up my new phone simply great people and great service

    When I was calling around the Optus stores in Ballarat, trying to find one with a specific model phone in stock, a friendly customer assistant from this store offered to put one aside for me. I arrived in store to find one put aside for me, and a helpful staff member to help me transfer my number and set up the phone/a new plan. More helpful than the Telstrashop across from it.
