    Poor! been trying all day to get this lot on the phone - called head office and they cant reach them either - Business must be really good if they dont have to answer the phone for work.....im calling Hertz

    Apologies to Parrish, the day you were trying to contact us must have been the day we moved to our new location. We were told our phones would be down for an hour, but unfortunately Telstra had some issues getting the lines transferred and we didn't have phones for most of the day (from 9am until after 4pm).
