  I had my car serviced by these guys. I was travelling to Ballarat from Melbourne and without much notice they managed to fit me in. The guys also ensured I had transport to my place of work and back to the service centre. When I arrived to pick up my car they were friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will return bypassing the dealer in my area.

  Have just taken delivery of a new Renault Megane from Renault Ballarat. Cannot speak too highly of the service that we received. The understanding of our requirements shown by our salesperson Michael was an important factor in helping us to make our decision. At no time were we rushed or pressured. I was very grateful for the genuine offer of after sales assistance if needed to help us learn the many features of our new vehicle. Well done and thank you Michael. Highly recommended.

  At 49 years of age my husband and l have just purchased our first new car. A Renault Megane GT from Ballarat Renault. Leigh was fabulous, going above and beyond in anyway possible. We were wanting leather seats and a sunroof.He recommended Prestige Sunroof and mobile vision(in Burwood)who certainly didn't disappoint, an exceptional job! Leigh organised all of this and keep us updated from the day we signed until the day we picked it up. We are so thrilled with our new vehicle along with the customer service and the whole experience.   Looking for a new car then contact Nick and the guys at Ballarat Renault.. great one on one service and very helpful, friendly and easy to get along with.. !! All the sales team where friendly and approachable and professional. From the sales team to the finance department, everyone was fantastic and helpful right through the whole car buying experience. Thanks to all the team at Ballarat Renault we drove away happy with the car and happy with the service..!! And the bow on the car and the bottle of wine on pick up of the car was a nice touch..well done Ballarat Renault for making purchasing a new car easy and enjoyable..!!!

  We recently purchased Renault Koleos from Ballarat Renault, we had a great experience. Carl provided excellent customer service and gave us a very good price for trade-in and new vehicle and made a whole process really smooth and easy.... thats what made us travel all the way from Melbourne. Michael was also very helpful for getting our contact paperwork and car ready for prompt delivery.
