    Went to make a large sum withdrawal in store that could also be made from an ATM and the lady on the floor (fl) asked: what I was here for,

    The next day I went to change a broken $50 note over as I thought the bank was sent to deal with them as they can be rejected via a store and vending machines etc. But the counter lady just called me fussy. I think this bank needs an attitude adjustment and new customer service training. new due to their attitudes I am going to switch banks.

    She didn't even know how much I wanted. Then I proceeded up to the teller who said the same thing.
